Friday April 24th Matt and Angela will be speaking at Smiling Dog Raw Cafe in San Luis Obispo, California. They will be sharing pertinent and up to date information about raw and living foods.

- Healthy, inspired, energetic Individual looking to share ideas, recipes and information and also looking for ways to add more greens to my already green living foods lifestyle. I've lived on the Central Coast of California for most of my life. I'm Currently a building contractor but I really enjoy photography, sports, eating the best food and spending a lot of time with my daughter.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- It would be great if through this community I was able to find a local community where I live that was into being active and getting together for potlucks and networking to create ways to spread the word about a healthy diet and exercise.

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.

I have definitely made friends with stevia--it's like my new *best* friend now that I don't use any other sweetene...
