And I love Will-i-am and his music, very uplifting, positive songs, like "Where is the love?" and "Boom Boom Boom" not sure if that is actual title of song but is lyrics, they make great music The Black Eye Peas and they are very spiritual, enlightened, healing love 'em! Hey! I went through exactly what you are going through. Drop the soymilk!! Yeh I used to drink that all the time! You can make your own cereal with raisins, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower, etc. I mixed lucuma and mesquite in mine with flax a little water or orange juice and dehydrated. (cinnamon and vanilla stevia are good too)

I had all kinds of stomach pain and reflux and had cut out all spicey food and only ate yogert, bread, pretzles, mashed potatoes etc. But thats when I learned that carbs are the worst thing to eat when you have that problem. Also seemed to narrow it down to wheat.

Next time you cut your diet and go mono- or healing I would just do warm soups with spinach, collards, peas, zuchini, etc. No sugar and see if that helps. I really think the carbs feed the bad stuff in the system that causes pain.

Hi Who Raw! My RAW FOOD TV SHOW is airing in Houston, Texas starting this Friday and every week is the same schedule!

My RAW FOOD TV SHOW/INFOMERCIAL got edited into a 16 "Cooking" TV Show so the info to order is at the very end but it is airing on Comcast Channel 16, Phonoscope Channel 2, TVMax Channel 16, Suddenlink Channel 14 here are the times and it is also paired with a Green Eco Building TV SHOW:

This Friday at 5:40pm, then Monday at 8:30pm next week, and Tuesday at 6:30pm this schedule is EVERY WEEK so please spread the word to everyone in Houston, Texas for me! YEAH RAW IS ON PUBLIC TV!!!!

I teach 4 of my raw organic recipes in it and I will have new shows/episodes each month!

Heck I've been working out for 15 plus years and my body doesn't look like yours. I know genetics has alot to do with it, but dang. I also think for me I'm not lifting the right amount of weights reps or something. I must admit my body does look a little different but I want it to be PHAT.

I want to have more definition, my arms are pretty big and I've been told to lift heavy weights, well I can lift 15-20#'s bicep curls. I do about 75 pushups and about 100-150 situps. Some weeks I'm more consistant than others with those two exercises. I workout 4-5 days a week consistently. :O
