- About Me:
- A little bit of an updated profile. Last time I said three things: I was managing a small hotel in Stockholm with my husband, I wanted to start some raw food catering company and I was trying out for a little sister or brother for my daughter.
This is the situation now: after one and a half hellish years at the hotel we finally wuit thanks to the arrival of Vilgot, my daughters first little brother. Because of our recent declaration of independence, we've been able to set sails towards the south and now, we're starting a raw food café and webshop from Kivik, in Skåne.
My life is perfect. I am grateful for everything. I am no longer tired (that last one was an affirmation, but I guess it should be said in the positive to become reality... something like "I have tons of energy and my mood is continiously wonderful")
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I would love advice on anything concerning our coming up business, from books, recepies suggestions. But of course I would also love to meet new raw friends as I have had such a wonderful experience meeting raw fooders since I started on this.

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.

well I agree with the above poster that legalism vs love, which is how I view religion versus spirituality, are two very different ways of approaching raw food, or anything for that matter.

Delete Comment Hej. Jag hade glädjen av att vara hos Aika för några dagar sen, så jag tänkte att nu kan jag som ny medlem lika gärna bjuda in till nästa träff. :D
Föreslår lördag 28/3 kl 15. Kan du inte precis då, så kom senare. Ta med något att tugga på eller laga här. (Stort kök med några maskiner).
Forutom prat och käk, så tänkte jag visa del av filmen "Processed people", som är mycket motiverande. Åtta-nio forskare, doktorer och dietister förklarar va som är den sämsta och besta maten, och derav konsekvenser. Gissa va dom alla har kommit fram till.... :wink:

min son fick också antibiotika, mycket! mitt råd skulle nog vara att se till att Vilgot får sig bröstmjölk också, den hjälper ju mot en del av antibiotikans biverkningar. orkar han inte amma själv kan han ju få på sked eller i sond, och se till att han får i sig de fantastiska råmjölksdropparna! kanske är det ändå bra att ni vet innan, då kan ni ju förbereda er på hur ni vill ha det på sjukhuset. kanske ni vill prata med läkarna om att vårda Vilgot på ditt och din mans bröst, sk kangaroo mother care...
vi visste inget innan, E blev bara superdålig efter ett dygn, men å andra sidan slapp vi ju tiden av oro innan...
