Love the bread on one counter and prescription bottle on the other in the before pic. How symbolic! *smile* You look absolutely fabulous. Very inspiring.

Personally, I do not believe that a 100% raw food diet is sustainable for a lifetime. And I believe that there is a reason why people continue to "cheat" and raw food "gurus" are spotted eating bagels, chicken, and other cooked foods. For me, the ...

It actually depends on whether the injury is structural or muscular. If it's structural a chiropractor would be best. If it's muscular a massage or physical therapist would be best. I personally would start at the least expensive treatment and wor...

Hi BR. I wasn't saying that Free & DR were on this site spying on 811ers. I was saying that on 30bad, I believe that there are members there who email Free & DR and tell them about specific posts so that they will review them and possibly ban or s...

Yes, I get this impression as well. One dominates, and the other follows. Actually, in my opinion, they don't even look the same as they did when I first joined. The glow has dimmed and the facial expression has changed. They have a stressed and n...

Actually I live in Southern Anne Arundel/Calvert County area, but I go up to Natty Zing about once a week. Do you come to any meet-ups? Some of us gather at Java Green sometimes for an excuse to get together, but that's an hour away.

Nothing really too exciting happens...occasionally some mildly weird tendencies, but yeah, nothing to write home about.

Yes I do...It is mildly interesting, moderately aggravating, and very boring! I'm almost off though...I can pretty much start waking up patients at any time now!

I'll do it in a few :) I'm already here, may as well get paid a little extra...not normally my philosophy, but in this place...yeah :)

Yeah, definitely a lack of raw food there. I ended up eating 'way too much', in my opinion, cooked vegan-as macrobiotic as I could find it. Did find some really good thai green papaya salads though...mmm Those were my saviors haha.

Man that bike thread is getting ugly. I'm glad I stayed out of that one!

Nice! Yeah, I was just up there in January and it really wasn't horrible, even for my raw-no-fat-bearing-ass... Fun city though! I really wanted to check out more museums while we were there, though...next time. Maybe you can give me a guided tour of the good parts :)

I feel you on that...I really wanted to say something, but since you had it covered, I didn't want to be too damaging on his ego!

Thanks for the picture love...hope to see some of your creations soon :)

I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...

since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps. ...but...

Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
