Welcome to Vegadeli. We offer different RAW selections everyday from soups, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, vegan burgers, super foods, desserts, coffees, teas ... and the list goes on. We're not a restaurant; just a small wholesome vegan cafe that supports local organic farming. So leave the fancy clothes at home and just bring your appetite. There's a nice outdoor patio and free Wifi for our patrons to enjoy year round. The cafe seats 15-20 people. We try our very best to offer you the best service, the highest quality foods, and the most affordable prices.

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.

So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.

They're around, just not much of a popular main stream. I only know of metal bands though with female frontman. They're fucking sick(and hot) live.
