I prefer spring water. See if you can find a source near where you live to collect your water.

Gyms are gross, misled ways of health enhancement.

I'd go for borrowing a Rebounder to see if you'll actually do it for more than a month or two. Ha-ha, find a friend who never uses theirs!!
And of course, take yoga classes, or get a yoga book, dvd, or simply make the poses up, which is what I do...
The one thing with BOTH of those choices is this: neither of them are worth a dime if you don't use them!

Gosh it's really hard to say because it varies alot.
Maybe between 75 -99% - 99% because I use nuts some of which I don't trust are raw (CASHEWS) and also dried herbs.
But at the moment I'd say 80% the 20% of non raw is steamed lentils with coco...
Depends on what type of exercises you're going to do at the gym, since there are more options(weights,different classes & aerobic conditioning). So long as you're actually using your membership a few times a week so you can get your moneys worth. ...

Sprouted Fenugreek and idiopathic head tremors
This week we had a bit of a shock as our bulldog started having head tremors.
It's never happened before and obviously we rushed straight to the vet who had no explanation, also by the time we got there the shaking had stopped.
The vet gave her a shot of antiinflamatory in case it was a trapped nerve and we drove home.
As soon as we got back in the door it started up again so we called the vet who told us to sit tight for 10 minutes and not give her any attention.
I used this time to google th… Continue

Iboga & Ayuasca anyone experienced ?
I just read an article on line about an Iboga experience

When I went on Russell James's raw weekend he mentioned that he had been and taken part in an Ayuasca ceremony in the UK.
It's always fascinated me, and I hear tell that Ayuasca is less intense than Iboga but Iboga takes you deeper.
Does anyone have any experience with either ?
