- About Me:
- I enjoy living in Copenhagen together with my Portuguese husband, best friend and soul mate - Luís. I am totally passionate about raw food which I encountered about two years ago after being vegetarian for years.
I am currently training to become a Naturopath and have attended Karen Knowlers Raw Coach Training last year. Over the coming months I will slowly be setting up my Naturopathy / Raw business.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...

Nu är vi tillbaka. Hur var kursen då? Vad lärde ni er? Kah har gått kurs här i Sverige också, ska gå på en återträff i slutet av november men inte hos någon stor raw food-kändis ;-)
