I've been on-again-off-again high raw living foods for the last 15 years, and most recently returned to high-raw about four months ago. I am about to embark on Bunny's 100 Day Raw Food Challenge (rawfu.com) on Aug 1st. My goal is to achieve and maintain a way of living that leaves me feeling--and looking--GREAT!
hmm . . . hard to beat a good salad, such a versatile dish--but I couldn't survive without my avocados!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Where do I begin? Personal growth, learning, reading, thinking, questioning, philosophizing, connecting-the-dots in the ever-expanding Big Picture, contemplating profundities, observing how our perceptions shape our realities and other curiosities of human nature, the interconnectedness and interdependence of all existence, and more mundane things like experiencing music and art, meditation, breathing, laughing, and the list goes on . . . .
Favorite Books or Authors:
The Alchemist, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, and so many more . . . .
Favorite Quote:
Everything is simpler than you think, and at the same time more complex than you imagine
