- I love my friends here. You can join me and the other Raw Humourists at the Raw Humour Club http://rawhumour.ning.com/ . I love Raw, but I'm no longer 100% and am much happier and healthier for it. If you're stressing all the time about being 100% you're not achieving optimum health. Talk to me if you're interested in how I do it. Yoga is central in my life; not just hatha yoga, but the wisdom of the masters applied to ordinary everyday life. I like to say I'm learning to walk a spiritual path with practical moccasins. Life is good.

- I am polyamorous when it comes to favorites - depends on what is in high season

- Yoga, meeting a new partner, living simply, living off-grid, being in nature, gardening, hot springs, traveling the back roads, photography, paddling my canoe down a wild river with a friend in the bow, my work which is construction and repair, alternative energy systems, and whatever else it takes to run a rural homestead.

- Tao te Ching, Bhagavad Gita, Tolle, and a host of thriller writers for pure escape and enjoyment reading

Fall The Season of Death
Fall is the season of death. All the busy-ness and growth of summer is slowing down. The garden is withering after harvest and the summer plants are dying. Such is the cycle of Life.

I have been trying to start this blog since getting home from Raw Spirit, but I've been feeling so many intense feelings from the experience all I can say in this moment is the trip ain't over yet. Oh, I've been busy going through my photos and staying online posting to GITMR at a feverish pace. I've changed my profile picture 4 times. Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
