Just cracked open a young coconut and there was just a little meat on one side. The meat was a magenta pinkish and the juice is a rose color. Their is no bad smell. The juice tastes oddly like unsweetened tea.

arghhhh! Drat. Just totaled the Vita Mix. The recipe that did it in: 10 young coconut meat. a tablespoon of agave nectar. raw sesame seeds. one batch plain. one with raw cacao powder. blend and dehydrate.

He is home right now in pain. Do you know any ways to help him in the now as well as long term care and prevention?

Arghhhh. I have a nine tray food dehydrator. Last week I left the house and forgot I had two trays of crackers in the dehydrator. They were growing when I returned four days later. I had forgotten to turn the dehydrator on. I ditched the moldy masses and washed the teflex sheets. I just went a a dehydratathon and there is a white mold like substance growing on my tomatoes.

What next?
