I've been Traveling around the U.S. for about 10 years eduk8ing people about Ancient Cultures and how they viewed their Bodies as Temples and used only very specific meals in their daily lives, From the Essenes Eating raw foods and fasting to Pythagoras having a meal called (the meal of Hercules) to Daniel 1:12 talking about Pulse. Which was a very Specific meal put together based on very specific observations of Nature and Mathematics.
My passion is to help people Feel that they are at their optimal weight and health, so we can all change the world for the better.
