It is a combination of banana, grapes, strawberries, carrot, and spinach, I also ad a cup of water to this. Doesnt taste like V8 but much BETTER!

I have had the privilege of eating an awful lot of fancy, gourmet raw desserts. This dish is still one of my all-time favorites.
