Okay i'm new I'm going to ask a lot of silly questions...how long did it take to grow these yourself.? These are one of my regular purchases at the store.
Glad to find you here:) I'm newhere and wanted to stop by to say hello! My mother is from Peru. It is a beautiful place. I'm glad to here you are there. I hope to get to know you better.

Hi Tracy
hows my country treating you? :-)
hope you are been well pumper from it :-)
I grow up in Lima listening stories about shamans and at early age I was fortunate to experience myself the language and beauty that comes of connecting with the elemental of nature...
is interesting, but no matter where we come from we all have the same roots and our projections join to certain point as cosmical reactions :-)
I am planning in open raw food restaurant in cuzco by next year ...love to chat with ya some time, I will love to hear your adventures and trips while trying the "little dead" :-)
peace vibes
enjoy to the most

I studied medicinal herbalism and herbs became a regular part of my practice as a massage therapist and energy worker, Tracy. At first I studied some of the classical diagnostic practices with western herbs and also TCM...but as time went on it became clear that my desire to be close to the plants was on a much more personal level and that i liked to enter into a sort of conversation with them, even asking the plants themselves to lead me to a sort of diagnostic with my clients...and i feel that, at least with me, i'm better off really getting to know a handful of local plants that i see and touch and smell and feel everyday rather than memorizing the clinical aspects of a ton of different plants that i only know as dried substances in a store somewhere. nothing against that form of healing...i know some truly amazing Chinese herbalists that work that way....but for me, the plants have shown me a different path....8^))...how about with you?
I was currently down in the rain-forest in Peru working with the Shamans and drinking ayahuasca . I got a very clear message this trip to get on a Raw Food diet . I have no literature at my disposal here in English so I was on line ordering it while waiting for my plane and found this site . I find it very interesting and empowering. I'm very much into holistic medicine and have been on a journey of healing sense a car accident seven years ago. I,m excited to meet like-minded people, and eager for my new way of thinking to continue taking me on these journey's. I hope I can make some friends in this community.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I'm just going to be starting on the raw food journey so encouragement, personnel health stories and yes recipes, tried and true.

Yes- they're called petechiae and I've always heard that they are liver-related. They can also be due to anemia and low platelet count. If you also bruise easily, that might be the likely cause.
I get them too and they come and go.
Pink Lady Apple,
I used to get those. I know exactly what they look like - they are tiny, they can vary in size, they are circular, flat, and very red. They do look like blood blisters, but flat!
I stop getting them after I did an extended water...
I really believe that is possible to heal all of the body...regeneration of tissue is not a far fetched concept. There is a case of a man who re-grew a finger, recently! I have to dig to find the article, but I read it on naturalnews.com. Mind you...
i can understand american accent, i have been working with them for quite a while
my ear is not tuned to ause accent yet, i guess you are my first ause friend to talk with :)
but i am gonna catch up soon
