Watch all three nights online. Some great info was given, but seemed like it was all about getting people to buy more and more products. All I know is that they made a TON of money.

I irrigate my nose with salt water after almost every shift. I use a little bit of salt with my toothpaste every now and again. My silver fillings are pretty stable and I've noticed a metallic taste in my mouth whenever I use salt so I don't. Clov...
I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...

In Italia i crudisti si iscrivono soprattutto al forum di www.promiseland.it . Ma tu vivi in Olanda, chissà come è difficile essere crudista al nord. Io sono tornata dalla Svizzera in cui sono stata una settimana fa e non ce l'ho fatta, ho ceduto, troppe tentazioni, in Italia è più facile, c'è tanta verdura e frutta a buon mercato.
Io a dire la verità seguo poco i forum per mancanza di tempo, però quando posso li frequento con tanto interesse, ci si tiene un pò su, si è talmente rari che fa piacere incoraggiarsi a vicenda!! Un saluto da Parma, dalla food valley tutta prosciutti e formaggi e dove di crudisti non si vede neanche l'ombra ...
