Glad you are ok. I always identify any new berry or mushroom found while hiking, before taking a chance and eating some. Just grab a sample and use a book or Internet to positively ID it when you get home.

- Working in Fashion I embarked on the living foods conduct as result of my narcissism. So much for my honesty. Weakly fasts are essential for me. When i feel not myself, when i experience series of unintentional and purposeless motions that come from mental tension and anxiety i would find a relief in juicing for two to three days. Clean and simple juices are way to go, sometimes just drained spring water over dried prunes as a great Pick-Me-Up.
