"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do."
Grew up in Southern California. Started having sleeping problems in my late teens, tried many diets until the universe finally guided me to RAW about 3 years ago. Since then I've have had so much fun with it, met and continue to meet so many amazing people, have had so many life changing transformations and awakenings and learned so much. Always seeking to expand my consciousness and awareness, and to live in vibrant health and happiness.
When I’m not working, I love visiting my friends and all the raw restaurants through-out the country, raw potlucks/gatherings and finding new delicious recipes to make.

Hmmm....ya know, I'm afraid to go apply at a juice bar. So I'd better do that, eh? And I'm nervous about my qigong test this Friday and was thinking about blowing it off till an hour ago. Decided to take the bull by the horns and go for it (practice a lot today). Neither of those sound very big to me now... I must say.....ooh, confronted by myself!

Nadia from San Diego is coming to stay at my place while I am out of town. Do you know her?
Thanks for posting! I went to the dentist today and was absolutely delighted when I heard the dentist comment to the hygenist, "she has beautiful teeth, doesn't she?"
WOW! Coooool! Haha, all thanks to raw food!!!
Yeah! I have been getting into apples big time, and discovering new ones that I have not tried before like the Honey Crisps! I always like the Gala too great for raw recipes!
Thank you for your positive words everyone. I've been raw for 8 months and it was simply dissappointing to have gone through such a binge! Besides I felt physically awful!
Onward we march from here! lol
