This is a great question as I will be having a surgical procedure done very soon. I am worried about possible blood thinners.... Tonya Zavasta actually indicated in one of her recent lectures that raw vegans (high raw - 100%) need to be careful o...

New to the GI2MR Forum

Hi new friends,

I am new to the forum as of Nov 16th, but have been following GI2MR for a while. I have been raw for over a year now and am quite smitten by it all. I am active with blogging (have a few sites) and on a couple other forums....Crazy Sexy Life (Kris Carr's) is the one I currently spend a lot of my time on.

I love the sexiness of the raw lifestyle and the depth of so the many beautiful people I have met in the past year. Love it, love it.

That's it for now....peace to you all.
Big Love, Tina

Hello dear friends,

I am very honored to have my story shared on the Pure Jeevan site, which has international readership. Pure Jeevan means "pure life" and Wendi and Jim are great. Check out Wendi's weight loss success story too! AMAZING!

You can check out my story here....

hi tina! i saw your mention of raw foods and coumadin in a post. did you find out the book that referenced this issue? my sister started taking coumadin warfarin (which is also used in rat poison...finding this out gave me pause), and i heard potentially that vitamin e or heparin could be alternatives...but im just curious what you found out and what your thoughts were on the matter. thanks!

Hi Tina,

You are like in every Raw athlete forum that I come across. Can i ask you some questions also? I am a long distance runner and I want to add strength training to my regiment (focusing on abs and arms) any tips?

Sorry it took so long to realize you had posted a question! Here's what I put on the thread:

Vietnamese Cinnamon (AKA "Saigon Cinnamon")- Has 1-5% essential oil in content and 25% cinnamaldehyde in essential oil, which is the highest of any cinnamon. To me, it's really just another type of cinnamon, with a more rich flavor, which I am excited by :)

You can probably find it at most stores, or definitely ( I hope :) at a "high-end" market...

Hi there, Tina!

Thanksgiving was quiet. I was home along to watch our wild dog--husband and child went to visit the inlaws. I wish I could have enjoyed the Natural Zing gathering!

I'm not sure on our tour date, yet. I'll be sure to announce it everywhere--you'll know when we'll be in the DC area!

Yes, it's hard to believe how quickly the months are going by! I keep wanting time to stand still so I can complete all the projects I'm working on!

How are you doing?

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO
