- About Me:
- Hola my is Timothy Yardley,I am a 36yr old Raw Vegan KIng hahahah thats how this whole transformation has left me feeling.
By profession I am a Tennis Coach and Fitness Trainer,working at a Professional Academy in Barcelona Spain.I am 100% Raw I don't do things in half measures,the best decision I have made as a coach/athlete no more fighting to make sure keeping the weight off.I have more energy and am in better shape than I have ever been,I have definitely turned back the clock to when I was 18yrs old.
Going Raw has also made a profound impact on my spiritual life,I am a Kriya Yogi,Devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda,Self Realisation Fellowship.I literally feel Prana running up and down my spine on a regular basis,this was no where as frequent before,only usally happening during Kriya practice and meditation.I am much happier and excited to be alive,a whole new world is opening up to me.I like to laugh ,stay healthy and play plenty of sport,Tennis,Kickboxing,Boxing,Bikram Yoga,Swim and Run.
God and my chosen path of forming a relationship with her as Divine Mother by practice of Kriya Yoga are a major part in my life since I practice Kriya and Meditate daily,as a result I have never been happier.
I Thank my buddy who reccommended and gave me the knowledge of the Raw Diet all the time,it really has been such a blessing.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- One thing I can never be short of is good friends,so friendship,any advice in regards to high performance sport.
Any tasty salad recepies,I do love a good salad.

- I guess my best tip for learning about raw and (the cheap) super foods would be The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr D. Graham :) (http://foodnsport.com/) It changed my perseption of what is natural for humans to eat, and it definetly enhanced my performance. It sure helped out economically as well, not buying in to the super food hype ;)
I know a lot of people have all weird ideas about what 80/10/10 means, so I recomend that people read it for themselves.

I've been raw off and on since 1996 (when I first became raw as a teenager), although as an adult I would say 2001...but 100% raw in 2009.

I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
