Hi Thunder, any conclusions or revelations about the 'no sugar' stint?
Be an example. All you can say is how great you feel. How good the food is. & ditto on the law of attraction. you attract what comes into your life.

Get him to drink unpasteurized, hops-free beer. It's good for you.
Get him off of factory farmed meat and onto local organic, pasteur-ranged meat.
Instead of making him give up what he loves, you should get him to eat/drink better, healthier vers...

thanks to you both for the tips. i went to inspiral today! it was great. i had the raw chocolate cake...delicious. my friend jonathan was freaking out over the vegan food (i find so much fun to see a meat eater liking vegan!!)

DAY 26 :: NO SUGAR
Just wanted to say where I'm at with my sugar deal.
Still going strong!!
I've added to my protocol oregano oil by this company called Oreganol. It's quite intense. I dilute it with water and take it before bed. My first time using it...I woke up the next morning and broke out. Good sign that its doing something!
I've been looking into Neem oil as a treatment for parasites. Because I am 100% positive (w/o doctors inspection) that I have a parasite of some sort. What American that grew up on a… Continue

DAY 19 :: NO SUGAR
It's all about the SUN.
I have the luxury of staying at my friends while she is out of town and the best part of the deal is the access to the roof. Here you can see the whole nyc skyline in privacy (except for the helicopters that fly above).
I laid out in the sun for about an hour and it felt so good. I mean really good. Like I was getting fed exactly what I needed. Summertime is my favorite. I feel it is the best time of the year for my skin and hair.
I also feel like it helps my cravings… Continue

DAY 17 :: NO SUGAR
I thought I would share my morning ritual. I stay light in the mornings and drink only liquids until say 1 or 2pm.
I first take a shot of my gold w/ a drop of phytoplankton. i swish it around for 2 mintues and then digest. (see pic 1)
I then drink my green powder drink w/ revitaphi, msm, unbuffered vitamin c crystal, a few drop of oxygen and then a spon of pau d'arco. it hits that morning spot. (see pic 2) you'll see in the pic that it doesn't look too pretty in the bottle. that's why i guess i… Continue

DAY 15 - NO SUGAR
Just wanted to update my status on the "No Sugar" tip.
Things have been going well. On Saturday after work I went to the bath house and spent 4 relaxing hours there! It felt so good. I have found it crucial to steam and sauna in order to help rid the toxins. My skin is getting worse...but, this is how I know it will get better, right?!!
I have fallen in love with red peppers in a whole new way...been eating them like apples!

neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
