Saw your youtube 120 days and now 42(?) days of experiments with raw. AWESOME! I'm so happy for you that you found raw and are so inspired - and driven - to see where it can take you. I'm doing the same thing up & over here in Miami, USA, but I'm only on day 3 of returning to my 100% raw vegan b'c of holiday. Best luck and enjoy the ride!
