- Big family, brought up 3 raw children, until school period came along... ;-(
I play guitar, when I'm happy, I play the djembe when I'm in action mood.
I love raw food, honesty, closeness, kisses, love making, sunshine, fresh air, long hair, smiles, hugs, teasing, open minded people, nakedness, open hearts, sharing, caring, playing with children (and adults young enough to do so), write music, catch the wind, and drink the color of the flowers. Oh yes, and show people a different road in life...

- by order (read recomendations) from my friends, I'm not allowed to tell you this as specific as I want to... so if you are curious I suggest you ask me, kindly and I will tell you, bit by bit about it. Oh, by the way, it was ok to write this, so here we go: writing songs, playing with playful people, making bonfires, playing guitar, making drum circles, go crazy/nuts...offer myself... to the universe...teaching/helping people get well (transform from cooked to a live diet), creating a raw food community!

There are moments when I think that, what the heck, what's the meaning of all this fighting, struggeling etc...

Call it Christmas...
...or what ever you like, winter solstice or something else...
but it's a dark time... the sun hardly goes up until it's time to go down again,
but it has turned! We are going towards brighter days, every second and minute!
So may they call it Christmas or not. We all need time in this dark and hectic times
to slow down, relax, and enjoy all the candles we can, all teh peace, the joy and
good mood that "giving" gives us.
So I wish you all a absolutely wonderful winter season and may the next y… Continue

- tråkigt att höra. själv är jag med lite nere men mest pga att hösten/vintern är på väg. jag kan inte gå ut utan att klä mig varmt etc. fast ändå hoppfull inför hösten och vintern. ska börja odla lite inomhus i dagarna. har köpt blomlådor och jord... ska få upp en bra hylla med så att jag kan odla på höjden :)
Jag skulle vilja ha semester från mitt liv...för att få tid till mig själv

- Nu är skype fixat. Vore f.ö. trevligt att träffas i sommar. Vi ska besöka mina föräldrar i Trelleborg sent Juli tidigt Augusti ungefär. Vad tycker du?
Just nu är jag på en mycket spännande emotionell resa inom mig själv. Jag har funnit villkorslös kärlek och omdefinierar f.n. hela min världsbild. Jag är förväntansfull över samtiden och framtiden.

Tyvärr inget skype - än. Lovar meddela när/om jag skaffar.
Hur har du det? Här är det gott. Är på gång att löpa Göteborgsvarvet om tre veckor så nu är det lite längre lopp som gäller för förberedelse, och sen "vila" sista veckan. Jag ser verkligen fram emot att springa, det är 30-årsjubileum i år så det kan bli en riktig fest. Annars trillar mest livet på som vanligt. Har du någor på gång?

Hur har du det i Skåne? Var påsken bra? Jag var nere och hälsade på mor o fari Trelleborg. Tog ett par turer i naturen och upplevde en otrolig tid på året... alltings pånyttfödelse. Nu är jag hemma igen i Motala och om ungefär en till två veckor räknar jag med att kunna uppleva samma sak igen här. Helt fantastiskt.
Hur har du det?
Jag har varit lite nere ett tag men känner att livet återvänder med full kraft nu. Jag har tagit ett viktigt beslut; att skala bort allt överflödigt och bara spara det som jag verkligen behöver så att själen kan komma fram. Helst inte mer än en resväska i personliga tillhörigheter och ytterligare en i kreativt material. Jag hoppas kunna nå fram innan året är slut.

- Jag har blinkat till på sidan och tycker att det verkar mycket intressant. Desvärre tycker min sambo inte lika så det är i dagslget inte aktuellt att flytta... annars lockar det att flytta tillbaka till Skåne, speciellt till en ekoby :)
Hur är det annars i vintermörkret (som gudskelov så sakteligt trängs undan av solens höjda himmelskurva)?

I am having my first meal of the day: a bowl of broccoli with a lemon, tahni, garlic, date sauce. It is good.
stevia leaf is green. green stevia powder is less processed than white. you decide.
Leukocytosis?
I know cows are studied and tested. I'm not sure about humans...
COWS LIKE (grass, magic mushrooms) and make best milk this way. If it is processed grain (wheat, corn), then acid, mucous buildup and pus cells in the milk and they kic...

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.
