Not new to raw food research, but new to eating 100% raw and just starting a 30 raw fruit experiment! Love all things nature and quiet beach/boating. Love to read, watch movies, walk and hike. Learning to be myself, whatever that is, and loving me just as I am today.
Thanks again Rich, I have been thinking about that too, taking it a bit slower. I want this journey, of raw foods and life, to be fun and delightful, not stressful. I tend to be so hard on myself, I need to relax and enjoy this ride more....
ummm...i think that it's fairly normal to be hooked on cooked food. mostly everybody is. just have fun with it and see where the raw journey takes you. it should never be stressful...just delightful. and if it's not then just take it slower.
