About Me:
Hi, im a student in Zoological / Wildlife conservation in Newquay, Cornwall (next year im moving to plymouth!!). I'm actually Irish though and grew up in bruxelles (Belgium). I have been vegetarian for the past 8 years; the past 3 of those mainly vegan, and about 2 years highish raw. i'm aiming to be 100%!!! I absolutely love being here by the sea, in the sun, etc. I have been trying to be a good raw vegan but it can be hard at times as im the only person i know trying to live this lifestyle. Id love to meet others that are going through the same things as me on a daily basis, lets make raw food together!!

oh my goodness, the splits... well, it took me three years of practising yoga every other day to get into lotus--on my easy side!--and another five to get into lotus on my challenging side... and the splits... it's been eleven years now since i started yoga and if i am true to my alignment and don't give in to my ego's desire to "do the splits", i STILL can't go all the way down with both my hips pointing straight forwards, as they should, were i to do the pose in a totally safe and therapeutic-to-my-body manner. sometimes though i can't contain myself--particularly when being photographed. i'm a bit of a show-off, and it's too easy to let myself flop down and screw alignment ;-) does look pretty though--thank you for your comment. (short answer to question though: first time my crotch touched the ground in splits, regardless of other considerations, was probably at around 6 years of yoga).

i love dublin by the way, do you live there now? is there an anusara yoga scene? i've only done esoteric goddess rituals out in the middle of nowhere in ireland and passed through the temple district on my way in and out. :)

I am facilitating an evening event in Penzance on the 5th June. Its a health presentation. The couple who do it are high raw. I can send you the flyer if you're interested. Know anyone else who might be?

hey tessa! slacklining is when you rig a tight climbing rope a few feet off the ground in between two trees and you walk on it like a tight rope! it is so fun, great exercise, and best of all you get to be barefoot and play in nature!! i think i have a picture of me doing it on my page in my photos if you want to check it out :)
have a great day!

neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
