I was a piece of an artist lately, decorating my new empty flat :) It takes a while to find the suitable things to the suitable corners :) I love architecture&Design. However food and nutrition is like my hobby, all the people that are around me they learn lots of simple but vital things about nutrition from me, and none of them think i'm crazy, some agree but don't change, others agree and change and have my support. :)

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
