I heard on the news this morning that this study DID NOT test for antibiotics or pesticides on the organic food.....so I don't know how reliable this so-call study is...
I've been raw as of 10/9/08 and have released 40+ lbs. so far. I am feel a whole lot better and believe I made the right choice to go raw. On December 27, 2008, I started a one month total juice feast and then later swtiched to a modified juice feast ( which consists of 2-3 quarts of juice and a salad or 2-3 cups of energy soup per day) for 2 weeks. I am now still drinking a minimum 1 quart of juice a day along with continuing to follow a 100% raw food diet. I am also a Certified Living on Live Food Raw Chef. I feel very blessed that I have found a way to become a better me. I made my dog go raw on February 14, 2009 and she also loves it too!

Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
