Oh, Thank You!! Your artwork is amazing...how you shoot your photos is so beautiful and simple. Your career sounds like so much fun! Yes, letting go and just being is what we are meant to do. Thats when all the good stuff comes! Have a beautiful day!
Hi tastememory! I love emulating certain tastes in raw foods like Indian Curry, Asian stirfry, mexican tacos etc. But basically taken down a notch so you don't have to go so rich on all gourmet meals. I love clear soups now with cilanto, sundried tomato, avo, in a flavored "tea" of garlic, onion, jalepeno. Just soak them in water over night and strain to make it more clear. It's amazing... =)
Fantastic photos! And do you use lighting/filters? I am more point- and-shoot, but have a decent camera and a reasonable eye, very far from your standard though! Would like to develop the food photography further - any tips gratefully received! Look forward to checking out your blog now!! Siobhán x
I looooooooooooove your photos and your blog beautiful:) you are a true artist - wow:)
looking forward to see more pix from you
have a blissful week

Full disclosure - I work as a therapist.
Yes, it helps.
But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
