Well i first heard about Raw food back in 2007 after going on various course and buying lots of books i started eating mainly raw foods from Oct 07. It has been a little bit of a struggle to be 100% but i always make sure if i eat cooked food its the most healthiest. I lucky that my mum did not give me meat after the age of 6 so up till then it was just chicken, and from 6 upwards fish so my cravings are normally for junk foods ie biscuits. So how did you hear about Raw Foods? Take Care Samanthia :)

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Banana Shake - 2 frozen bananas peeled; hemp milk (enough to blend); 1 tbsp flax seed ground; 1 tblsp maca; 1 tblsp bee pollen; 1 tblsp raw honey - blend & enjoy!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: Reading, writing (wow - when I get the time!), spending time with family

Favorite Books or Authors:: J. California Cooper
