Hi Tara,
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond but I was without a computer for a couple of months and I missed your request. Just logged on today for the first time in ages and found it - it's great to hear from another raw foodist in Bournemouth!
I am not all raw at the moment but have been into raw for 7ish years but I've really been up and down in those years and am still dealing with emotional eating. I really love the 811rv way and keep coming back to it as it makes me feel so good, so I'm back here on GI2MR to get myself back on track!
The yoga sounds really interesting - are children welcome or is it just adults? Would love to meet up at some point if you'd like to - am a bit hectic sorting out my house at the moment - but hopefully will have more time soon :) I often feel a bit lonely as a raw enthusiast but I probably just need to reach out a bit more. Hope your raw journey is going well.
Blessings

About Me:
I only started on the vegetarian/vegan/raw journey 2 months ago so I am a bit of a baby in raw terms. I have 4 kids one of whom is an enthusiastic tennis player who plays for the country, another is a bit of a pain and will not eat any raw or cooked vegetables or fruit. I run a hotel in Bournemouth, like to cycle and have recently started attending Yoga on the Beach in the mornings in between Bournemouth and Bosombe Pier.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I would like to meet up with some "raw foodies" from Bournemouth, swap recepies, chat about the raw lifestyle, join . I would also like to chat with someone about the best way to get my kids eating more raw stuff and how to sustain it.
I am feeling a bit alone in the raw world and would like some local raw friends.

Married

for people who becomes aware of this latest scandal, the one presented these recent days, and still are not deeply disturbed by this...for these people, nothing noone says can convince them to see the other perspective..for now.
yeah that is all fair to know, even though there's quite alot of attempts at personal attacks and discrediting people in these matters rather than just deliver straight answers to the questions.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.
I'm not denying the veracity of those emails... who knows. However, here is a little background on Tim Ball. I have a hard time trusting anything he says.
