- About Me:
- I am a Visionary Artist and Reiki Master Teacher, an avid traveler, raw foodist, explorer of conscious experience, and a continuous student of life with a great love for our ancient & cosmic mysteries. My artistic gifts emerged as a child and naturally flourished into a beautiful expression I call visionary realism. Being self-taught, I believe in the raw expression of art and my channeled images are bridging and healing portals that evoke a sense of inspiration, innocence, empowerment, and love; echoing the importance of believing and dreaming. To me, nurturing creativity and imagination, supports the manifestation of miracles. I like to integrate my gifts into a unique healing "experience" through everything I share. Residing in Reno, Nevada with my sweet tortoise Gaia and newly adopted lop earred bunny Joy, I create and inspire as an artist and empower through my Reiki practice and spiritual services and products I offer through my company, Emerald Bridge. Recently, my love for crystals has led to offering crystal healing classes and creating unique crystal healing pendants. I have also expanded my art services to not only paintings, but murals and illustrating.

- Connecting with resonating friends on similar paths, learning more nutritional tidbits and quick & easy raw recipes, since I travel a lot I'd like to know about all the great raw food spots globally and about raw spiritual retreats.

- Raw coconut always. Raw cacao when craving an inspiration boost. But truly how can one really have a favorite, when it's all soooo delicious. It's always time for a raw feast.
- Interests (outside of Raw Food):
- Painting, traveling, yoga, animals and nature, art, spirituality, crystals, healthy and integrative living, listening to and watching inspiring music & movies, dancing, swimming, nature walks, kayaking, horse back riding, global peace, ancient cultures, the cosmos and beyond.....

- Laura Bruno favorite author of such books as Schizandra and the Gates of Mu - awesome, awesome! and another favorite book is Ramar: The Rabbit with Rainbow Wings by Darrell T. Hare

I have a Magic Bullett. It's very good for $50
Anyone know of a dehydrator that really gets the job done for a really good price. (Somewhere under $80 maybe, or am I being too unrealistic?)
That's what I had. I used it for 10 hours once(was recommended by the instructions). It melted the plastic. It was a waste of $40
