Hi I got some raw tamarind paste the other day and stuck it in the food processor then the blender with some lime, honey, olive oil and I did not realize the seed were still in the paste. Anyway do...

Mac, Almond . Imported. Cashews- local but not sure what is done to them. They are not roasted and are very light.

Yea I used to feel like that when I bought these gadgets. Now I just look em up & make them myself. They're pretty easy to make if you have basic knowledge of handy-manism. Simple solar dehydrator Here's a $10 DIY electric version.

They were friends, but now the gibbons are in an enclosre as the other one, not pictured, was biting people. Oh they are sick of bananas. They love mango, especially if it was already peeled.

I am an expat girl from America living in Phuket, Thailand. I have been vegetarian on and off for 20 years but feel that I have finally found the answer by going raw.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Advice as I am limited to what I can purchase here. Would appreciate any advice for recipes with Asian ingredients:
Tamarind, water spinach, kale, coconut, dragon fruit, mangostein, broad beans, raw papaya, taro root etc.

And alternatives like to Braggs Amino (although I have Braggs Apple Cider here :) )
Sun dried tomatoes, rejuvalac etc
