on another note: i am hoping to make a trip to amsterdam very soon as part of a project i am developing. i will be documenting my raw travel, etc. and helping to create a database for other raw travelers. perhaps we can be in contact more!

- About Me:
- I'm a single mother of five children, aged from 5 till 14 years. We created "Raw Kids Amsterdam" together and we will start giving seminars and workshops in January 2009, especially for families with schoolgoing children.
We've been on a highly Raw Diet since 6 years after being vegetarian and vegan for 20 years.
We love this natural way of living and feel we are enjoying life fully, we can do our sports and things we love.
My children know David Wolfe and the Boutenko's who are our Raw "Heroes".
My latest experience with Raw Food was participating at The Best Weekend Ever in Anaheim, California. This was soooo amazing, so much fun, information, and most of all, so many beautiful, great people there. I feel thankful to having been able to be there!
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- We would love to be in contact with other "Raw Families", organize events together and come in contact. Interchanges from one country to another, raw travels for kids, websites with children's videos, etc.
My children speak dutch, spanish and learn english at school.

All almonds sold in California are treated with a gaz or a chemical, in both cases the almond does not sprout, it is hence dead.
Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
