Benjamin Garnica said… - maybe you should at least read about it before you judge a book by its cover. the USFDA has approved and labled MILA as a whole raw food, with no sideaffects or restrictions. regular chia seed is imported from Mexico and other southern countries and these do not come with the USFDA stamp of approval. as for flax seed, flax seed has been trying to get labled as a whole raw food for over 40 years with no success and it is banned in over 30 countries because it is a thyroid inhibitor.....
