- Good, yeah, ya just gotta start playing around with the bin to see how things work. Yes, sometimes you'll have smells, but they shouldn't be too powerful or long lasting. Keep somewhat moist but also must drain well. Make sure you continue to add bedding as well as food scraps. The worms will consume both and bedding helps to keep lots of air pockets so the whole thing doesn't turn anaerobic and start to small like ammonia.
Have fun with it. When it's running well, it's a great feeling to know your wastes are being turned into excellent plant food and soil conditioner. Try to check in on it a few times a week. You can correct minor issues before they get out of hand. If I can help....feel free to ask! I'm not an expert but I do have a few years of messing with these systems.

Wow! It has been REALLY LONG since I've been round these parts. I was definitely in a life situation for the past two months where I could not eat raw; not even vegetarian. All the kids with their GI2MR pages (I'm using acronyms! I know what they mean! I feel so cool, so "in"!) pimped out are pretty impressive. But I'll think about how to make mine pretty, then people will be seduced into reading the drivel I post on teh internets here. But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.

It hasn't faded any yet, but I've only heard of problems with some of the phosphorus inks and ours don't have any in. But who knows, the approved UV inks have only been out a few years and they're more expensive so not a lot of people take the opt...
