Take charcoal regularly and it will pull the metal out of your system. Also watch them and make sure they aren't breaking!

Thanks so much for sharing! If you don't mind my asking, and I don't mean it to sound terrible pls understand, but if you & her hub are health-concerned & athletic, and she used to work out, why did she chose surgery vs diet & exercise? Is she goi...

So you're raw, or high raw, and your BFF is obese? That can't be easy. How are you feeling about her choice to have the surgery? (not that its any of my business)

Supplements

I started taking B6 and Iron this weekend, added it to my EFAs -- fish oil & rosehips -- and a regular old multivitamin.

I swear I feel different already! I woke up both yesterday and today feeling rested and chipper, which is NOT normal. I couldn't say which of the 2 is responsible, tho B6 seems like the obvious canidate, but I'm feeling so good!

Next I'll try some germanium and hopefully, when I can fit it into my budget, some white powder gold or platinum. Need more oxygen too.

I can't… Continue

Awesome quickie -- sunSCREEN causes cancer, not the sun!

Just in case you missed it --- http://www.naturalnews.com/021903.html

nuggets of wisdom including

... 6) If the sun is so dangerous, then why is the vitamin generated by sunlight (vitamin D) so healthy for humans? Why would humans evolve a mechanism for generating a vitamin from sunlight if we weren't supposed to be exposed to sunlight in the first place?

Things happen in 2's??

Yesterday on the way to work I had 2 incedents of cars coming right at me... Wad crossing the street and a truck came barreling thru the crosswalk just in front of me. I gave him the palms up "WTF!!!" face. A bit later I was about to go into the bank and a van comes right up onto the sidewalk in front of me.

Today while walking the dog, I heard a van spin out on ice behind me. I felt gravel hit my leg. On my way back from the gym, a white van (not the same one) passed me, started spinning, and… Continue

Sucking air!

I have wanted to try oxygen in cans since I was a Pilates instructor... I'd lead people tru 50 min or so of controlled breathing ("in thru the nose, out thru the mouth, no kissy lips, make an H sound...") and they would leave on cloud 9, like blissed the eff out! Deep breathing makes people feel good, no doubt about it.

For some reason I decided to get some cans and give it a go now, after all these years. Here's what I'm trying today...

Top Cancer doctor says you SHOULD have a sunbed session

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1127175/Top-cancer-doctor-says-SHOULD-sunbed-session.html

I love tanning. Tanning makes my skin look better, makes me feel healthier, & more relaxed. I got some crap on General Chat the other day for even mentioning that it could be good for vitamin D (its great for seasonal affective too!) but the truth is ... in moderation it can be a viable alternative to sun bathing & supplementing w/ pills. Here's yet another doctor saying exactly that...… Continue

Hi! I hope you're still around! I just found an old post about depression and on there you described your diet..........Here I copied it:
Basic outline is
meal 1 - protein
2 - veg & protein
3 - protein
4 - veg & protein & maybe some carbs
5 - more protein

I would REALLY like to hear more details about what your protein is (spirulina?), etc......... I remember when I was at the Tree of Life, after doing a fast, I was eating spirulina first thing so I could go work in the garden before breakfast without getting hungry, then eating breakfast (which was green stuff mostly I think, with some fat and sauces), then lunch and supper.... I didn't add more protein later, but I felt really great.
I feel crappy as of late, and back to lots of SAD, and had been doing fruit for breakfast... Now that I see your post and remember what I ate at the Tree, I think I should maybe try that again.....
Would you be willing to share more?
Hope you are doing well!

Ohhh, yeah! I've been using the term "skinbag" to refer to people I don't care for. Bag is a good one.

Will do! Do the same for me, if you would.
I only edit/market astrology. I'm by no means an expert.

I thought you would appreciate the word I came up with the other day: "Sasshole". Feel free to spread it around.

I know, right? Don't worry, be happy, eat what you want. If it's healthy food, that's fabulous.
How's work? I am job hunting right now because I am sick of astrology. Uck.

Glad to see you back around, but sorry to hear you've been angsty lately. I must admit, though, that it's a nice contrast to all the blissed-out BS all around. ;)
