- The best support anyone can give, is positive responses. I have been in situations where I have felt uncomfortable, and judged. I love fresh organic foods, that is why I am a chef. Organic, raw, vegan food is wonderful, and the exploration of the ingredients is so much fun. My advice to those whom eat only organic raw , vegan foods, is by being as compassionate and patient with people who can't fathom a meal without cheese, meat or poultry. With the right approach the choices you made to eat healthy, wholesome foods won't be thought as nuts... Remember how you feel when something you believe so strongly about is negatively spoken about. Teach with an open mind.

Raw Food in Costa Rica
I have been loving the kitchen and creating raw food so much here in Costa Rica.. The rebalancing Goddesses that I am preparing all of this amazing food for are so beautiful, and so are the 3 men that are here...
Hacienda Del Sol offers so much more than a beautiful establishment. The energy and the people that are drawn to this wonderful place are the best.

I chef as well, I have a catering business. In July I am doing a job catering for 100 raw foodies... very excited. Not sure what to make yet.
Any ideas what works well. I was thinking the wraps, like in your photos... Maybe pasta? Cheeses, Antipasto etc...
