Hi there (:
I am Susan, I love everything that it is to do with nature, peace, yoga & dance. I am a compassionate and fun loving person. At the moment I practice Naturopathic Iridology BUT I am going to become a full time Astanga yoga teacher/therapist after finishing my yoga training. Lou Corona is one of my gr8t inspirations in raw & yoga(:
We do things when it is our time to do them.
They do not occur to us until it is time;
They cannot be resisted, once their time has come.
It’s a question of time, not motive.
Bharati Mukherjee (this one is my fav)
Health is the greatest gift
Contentment the greatest wealth
Faithfullness the best relationship"
The Buddha
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us
We ask ourselves, who am I to be gorgeous, talented & fabulous?
Actually who are you not to be?
You are a child of the universe
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you
We are born to manifest the glory of the universe that is within us
Its not just in some of us, it’s in everyone
And as we let our light shine,
We consciously give other people permission to do the same
As we are liberated from our own fear
Our presence automatically liberates others
That which we persist in doing becomes
easier not by the nature of the task has changed, but the ability to do it has increased.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
I love life especially since I have become raw. Going Raw & yoga has changed my health and so my life..more freedom and fun!. I am now realising that all the things that I was passionate about when I was a child are doable more than ever before!
..I believe what you put out is what you get back?
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
have fun and learn from others

the life of mr grape
Oh what it must be to be mr grape!
he does nt have to be like a banana
or do an asana
he does nt have to be so a peeling
he can be a ex seeding ly
grape in purple or green
and just to be seen
in his true colours
one wonders
if he would prefer to be a mango
who can tango
or an intoxicating delicious apple
who is the biz in being able to dazzle
due his crispy tangy taste
those taste buds dont want to waste
he s just happy being mr grape
and being able to keep you awake
with vit C, E n' beta -carotene
not forgetting OPC
oligomeric proanthocyanidins!

yes philosophy is the search for truth, which is beyond time and its systematic understanding of relationships. and understanding desire and what is will is really the most confusing part, coz i was so hammered from childhood.
and to know the real difference between emotion and feeling. wow it took a whole lot of time. i think your very much educated i mean mentally (anybody can collect diplomas).
ok enough of ego boosting. i dont know your negative points i can only see plus points from what i see in your profile. we all have our dark sides, were not meant to be angels or saints, were humans with instinctual drives which can go haywire sometimes.
sounds lovely suzie! i am rather busy bee myself.. nice to check in once in a while here and feel connected..
much love and respect in all directions
Namaste!
