Hi everyrawdy;p,
I am normally crazy girl:p, i love to know, live, love, sport and enjoy any pleasure possible in my live.

My life's motto is simple but works for everything: BALANCE.

I am in my mind 100%raw, but i like to be free of any strickt reglements. I live up to 100% and if there r some necessity to eat some cooked food, well i'll survive that sure, but less the better, because actually it limits me more (i have to count calories, and nutrients (not too much sugar etc.), but if its only sometimes, well give it to me, i will enjoy it to any extend, i just enjoy the moment why i eat it (with friend, love or done by friend or love) and the different taste (i am gurman raw so as of cooked quality food, but i say why cooked if cooking in history was found by nature but actually to kill to fire the life as a weapon, so why i will eat something that is actually death, well not everything is death by quick fire but i prefere the fresh one, coz its more energyzing=> hope u will like my little metaphore i did). So i enjoy moving - sport, but only to extent of my little endorphine not above (will little "support eating- medication"). I am student of law- hope once with relation to high human strassbourk court (so i hope my brain dont die(at least i try to not give him up:D) and i am also dancer (and i am glad to say i recieve offer to dance with one tennorist) and i am also certified fitness and nutritional expert (every diet and sport works, but i try to measure it on size as possible, and who listen i give him diet, that is with more energy and health and life i would never recomend 100% raw, coz any amount of raw is good, coz any steap of raw is good and i also do the test of blood, that give you personalise list of recomended food, that work best for your presence metabolism, recomendation for positive metabolic balance- > so in the best u eat raw and little threads r from the list of recomended food, but to have it balance nothing is forbidden, unless you balance it with life food (so u dont become nutrient less malnutrice-> looooooooots of problems, as some of you know), and right amount of sport / moving and ->vital healthy lifestyle. So i assume many of you know here know what is the best -> raw, vital lifestyle, with lots of lough, smile and interest for anything so your life is full and living. i belive that we live in malnutrish word, not just in a way of alimentation but in a feelings and so as other aspects-> more we touch any of that, the more we feel hunger, coz we r not "nutrished" and we touch sothing that our body say its nutrishing.-> sadness, stress, and corruption. But i believe in better tommorowrs and nowadays any little steps toward better word that counts.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

if you like me to support you with nutrition recomendation and sport guiding i love to help you (if you like to donnate me some budget for it i am pleased, but my interest here is not to make money for my guiding, i love to help, but money gives freedom in this economic word, so i am pleased for them too). I would like to create speciel servere, but i need your help. I will be for people who like to live in balance it guides, connect and break any burriers and limits of this economical word, i dont like to fight against this word, i just love to create one that works even better, and gives any possibility, hope and freedome to anybody who is interested and do something he can the best, to recieve anything:). those that r interested r welcome. please, feel free to contact me.

I dont expect to fight expect to fight agains wholes in our unnatural word, but to realize one ours, that will be on the top, it will not just be support to rawfood but to all balance living, without barriers and limits, in balance to those who wants, try and go for what ever they wanna reach...

moreover i like to hear about any observetion you find in your raw way, from physical to psychological aspect and any jummy reciepts r wellcome, coz i thing anything cooked can be done in raw way and even more reciepts:)....

my moto for life is simple: balance coz extreme creates only other extreme to balance it, coz life is simple balance, the farer we go the more efford we finally do to be again balance and happy. (but balance way in a name of nature seems to me pretty nice and right)

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?

smoothie, and basilic raw bread with tomato soap and avocado "chease" in, and exotic fruit and sushi (coz i eat also fish and jerkey, but not as often to be honnest, but sometimes i pretty enjoy them), sezame and other sweet crackers but non is perfect without young grass and wheed seeds and aloe vera and coconut milk, and other suppa superfood .....juuuuuuuuuuumy, yes i am gurman:p

platon (balance and word with leaders that FEEL to have enough to not do thing for more money or other material things), lock (tolerance)any that gives me good feeling (love), motivation, documents (history), nutrition, sport and fitness stuff, surfing and other populare guided, but i never find a book that seems 100% right to me, but i love to find one...
