Ok, on Sunday morning, I went to the kick-off meeting for our new weight-loss contest. I did this last Summer also, but hope to do ALOT better this time, because I am determined to kick butt this time (probably my own mostly).

I have been trying to lose the habit of calling any certain food "good or bad", but sometimes I still ask myself "how will I feel after eating this" I know that if I eat certain foods now that later on I will feel bloated, have a stomache, have the runs and seem to live in the bathroom for a week straight and in some cases (mainly from to much sodium)~makes my lips feel numb & swollen

Last night while at work, 1 of my young co-workers (about 25 yrs old) mentioned that he wanted to go on the "orange juice diet". Now I had heard of the cabbage soup diet, and the grapefruit diet, but wasn't really sure what he meant by "the orange juice diet"...well come to find out, he wanted to figure out a way to have fresh raw OJ everyday.
