- I've been 75-100% for 9 years, currently 98%! I like having a body that functions better, cooler friends and glimpses of enlightenment. I try to do yoga at least twice a week. I eat mostly green smoothies and green soups, some gourmet. I would be liquitarian if I had the willpower.

I don't think our soil has nearly the same trace mineral concentration, so I think unrefined salt can be helpful. The seawater example doesn't fly because, like any substance, what is good in small amounts can be bad in large amounts.
