- I have included a large % of raw in my diet for the last 17 years ,for 2 years I was 100% raw but introduced a bit of cooked for comfort.Having passed 60 I bless the day I twigged the relationship between alkalizing and old creaking joints, hence I feel well and don't creak.

I've started this group in order to find and link with people who eat raw food in and around London too. We can share ideas and books, meet up for potlucks and even go out for meals together
