Starting out 80/10/10 RV this recently. My goal is to drop around 30 pounds and a few inches around the waist. I'm also looking to reduce both blood pressure and cholesterol level. So far I'm down 10 pounds. The blood pressure has come down as I test it everyday. It will drop further I'm sure as I've had a few meals with animal food & beer. The mornings following those events the blood pressure reflected a distinct increase. I'll have to work harder during social events to curb my old habits…
