the book has given me hope when everyone else told me i would die sick.
the book clearly told me RECOVERED.
second step also confirms that. and its just lovely.
as bill sees it, theres this reading on 100% recovery.
its just wonderful, people dont acknowledge that they can be RECOVERED.
its a sad thing that the true message has not reached india, its only in one or two groups that the real message is being given.

you can eat beats raw but i don't very often they are pretty hard and hard on digestion. I've never used a raw cook book in my life so i couldn't tell you. I get some recipes off the net.
a few good places are rawfreedomcommunity, sunny raw kitchen, annie phyo. alissa cohen. Most of my dishes i just invented. I don't really eat the stuff you see very often i mostly eat green juice and whole fruits.
thanks, i pretty much just read recipes....realize i have none of the ingredients on hand and cook till it takes good. I don't really have the patience to follow recipes so i just cook. It's hard to screw up raw food. Just google some recipes or ask someone. You'll be a pro in no time.

I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
