How to Visualize Your New Reality

This is a follow-up to my last video post on Creating Abundance. In this article I’ll share more detail on how to visualize your new reality so that you become a vibrational match for it. This is an area where people make some critical mistakes when trying to manifest their desires. Slide Into Your New Reality Did [...]

Creating Abundance – Video

Yesterday morning I woke up with the idea of recording a video blog on the topic of creating abundance. A little later I checked our forums and saw a request for me to post something more comprehensive on the topic of abundance. Well, I thought… that’s a pretty blatant synchronicity! Is it possible to use [...]

A Few Updates

Here are some updates I want to share with you. Conscious Growth Workshop DVDs I received the initial DVD masters from the videographer — 8 DVDs total for the whole weekend. I’ll start watching them this week to see if any additional edits are needed to create the final product. After that I’ll need someone to design a [...]

Juicing and Physical Training

For most of the past year, I’ve been starting my day with a green smoothie for breakfast, but lately I’ve been getting back into juicing. I piled up a lot of experience in a short period of time when I did my 30-day juice feast a year ago. (I’d originally planned to go for a [...]

Separation

It’s time to let you know about a big personal change that’s happening with Erin and me. We’ve decided to separate, and we’re planning to get a divorce. We came to this decision very consciously, and we’re separating amicably because we can see it’s the best thing for both of us. We intend to remain good [...]

Profile Information

About Me:
I run a hugely popular personal development blog and online forum at StevePavlina.com. I've been vegetarian since 1993 and vegan since 1997 and went raw in early 2008.

My first book Personal Development for Smart People was published by Hay House in 2008. It's about the seven fundamental principles that underlie all successful growth efforts (truth, love, power, oneness, authority, courage, and intelligence).

I live in Las Vegas (Summerlin area).

See http://www.stevepavlina.com/about-steve-pavlina.htm for more details.

If you want to contact me, please use the contact form at http://www.stevepavlina.com/contact-info.htm or via Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/stevepavlina instead of contacting me via this site. I don't login here often and don't have email notifications switched on.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Mainly I want to make friends with other raw foodists, especially high-energy, highly aware people who live lives of their own choosing instead of blindly following social norms.

I'm also here to help out and contribute by sharing lessons from my own path of growth.
Relationship Status:
Single
Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Banana-spinach smoothie (4 bananas, 3 oz spinach, 1 cup water or ice)
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Personal development, blogging/writing, speaking, Toastmasters, time management & productivity, disc golf, humor, health/fitness, intelligence, computer programming, meditation, meeting new people, having deep discussions, being an entrepreneur, raising consciousness, facing fears, giving & receiving massages, squeezing happy people

Favorite Quote:
Is your life safe? The word safe is both an adjective and a noun. As an adjective it means “being free from danger.” As a noun it’s “an enclosed storage container with a lock on it.” If you’re living the adjective, you’re living the noun. -- me :)

Hey Steve,
My family is going to LV soon. Are there are any raw restaurants I should be sure to check out while I'm there? Thanks!

Pssst. Gave your book a small shout-out in the "book list" discussion. I'm loving it btw. I think it's as close to a "manual for life" as we're gonna get.

Hi Steve!

I wanted to thank you for your 30 days raw experiment/blog. My friend (who wasn't originally raw) recently wrote an article about being raw for a magazine at my college. She was so impressed with what I and a raw friend had to say about being raw, that she was compelled to try it. She's been doing great with it and read your blog for inspiration. In the article she wrote, she ended with something along the lines of how she's going to try raw now to see if what we said was actually true. In next month's issue she is going to tell everyone how it went -- like your experiment. Thanks for inspiring her. I think this will be a really good way to spread the word about raw.

I love your work. Thanks for what you do!

Hey Steve,

I just read your blog about polyamory and I really respect you for having the courage to put it out there in a world so turned off by unconventionality. Best of life to you!

Thank you very much for your juice feasting entries! I recently perused them and found your information, as always, to be invaluable. Congratulations on the book! It is now next on my Amazon queue. :)

Best wishes!
