I would attribute your sluggish, clogged sensation from the high quantity of fat that was consumed. Excessive fat disrupts the body's ability to transport and deliver oxygen to the cells. When doing high fruit it is important that fat intake remai...

Let me see if I get this right... had humans never discovered fire and began cooking food they would be very harry with small brains? Also, by cooking food, humans were able to develop the intelligence to build enormous skyscrapers, written langua...

No disrespect, it's only that I'm tired of authority figures and preaching. Seems to me that a raw lifestyle needs to be personally constructed through trial and error. Try doing low sugar if you're into strenuous athletics....or eating 80-10-10 w...

Dr. Clement has done the most actual research healing people of cancer as far as I've heard. It's too bad that he comes off as selling a vacuum cleaner to you John W- because he is passionate about what he does and it is for real not contrived. I...

I checked out Dr. Clement. It somehow felt like I was listening to someone selling a vacuum cleaner. I don't like hearing about this stuff from the medical world with its residual arrogance. OK, he pitches 80-10-10....got the point. None of these ...

Hi Steve...how funny-I came across your profile by chance and see you live in Oak Creek! My sis lives there and I've joined a raw meetup group in Milwaukee that I hope to make it to sometime. I'm in Chicago but hey-let me know of any cool raw scenes in your area....I'd love to find some!

Yes one meal a day of the combined foods. Two is unhealthy due to the need of variety in our diets. Adding a little fermented food is OK to aid digestion. Basic sauerkraut, seed yogurt, or fancy fermented coconut will do.

A meal consisting of Tomato, Kale and Macadamia Nuts may help to gain healthy weight.

i don't have any friends here who are raw, but I also don't make it my goal to seek out people who are raw, I just do my thing. I've learned to say no to many temptations when I go out with my friends. When I go to clubs I never drink and I always have fun. There are a lot of wonderful raw restaurants here in Chicago, one example Keryn's raw another Cousins, but i never been to those. I enjoy eating simple foods.
...what's your situation, do you have raw friends?

same here, i've been raw for a while now but not a 100% (may be around 2 years)
You are so lucky to have all that fruit available :)
I always wanted to move somewhere where I could grow my own food like to Ecuador...that would be nice, you can grow fruits and vegetable there year round :)

clement vs wolfe

I have done quite a bit of research on the works of both Dr. Brian Clement and David Wolfe. Their views on raw food are quite different. What are others' thoughts on their work?
