- Oh I see ... sure ... well .. if you ever want to taste REAL raw cacao from Hawaii - after your juice FEAST that is .. I might have a bean or two for you to try out and see if the really raw ones change anything. OMG - doing pranayama during a juice FEAST is insane !! Talk about getting super HIGH. The class is a 4 class thing - every Monday in April ... will be quite transformational ... blessings - Joshua

- Juice Feast. Nice. So ... more power to you for sure ... keep up!! Where in the LA area are you ? West side?? Did the juice feast for two weeks and loved it so much. Going to be teaching my favorite pranayamas on Monday nights in april - at Golden Bridge in Hollywood. - Are you into Cacao as well - during your liquid Feast that is ???

- I am in love with the intense recharge and happiness the beach, ocean, and sun give to me, it is the best high ever, balancing me, bringing me right back into alignment
yoga, qi gong, photography, fashion, being in the kitchen creating, traveling, swimming, walking, hiking, seeing a good film, and of course spending time with family and friends is pretty amazingly special!
