I have used that kind and the main thing that is important is to have a timer and temp control. It really makes a difference! I got a big one that can be used for bigger stuff. It is from an outdoors kind of store- Cabelas. It has a glass front on...

- About Me:
- Just a woman who is trying to find the healthy way of life she's been searching for for so long. I've done the master cleanse a couple of times and while I am unable to do one now for medical reasons, I am really interested in doing a 30 day RAW challenge. I would like to see how it goes before I make any sort of big commitment although, after eating processed foods, I feel just horrible. I'm really excited about this challenge!
I'm also interested in juice feasting. I happened to stumble upon it one day and have been obsessed with researching it ever since! I want to start one after my birthday (March 17). I think it will really help with a lot of issues I have, and get me on the right track to a healthy way of life. I'm so excited!
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- Any great juice recipes that anyone has is the most helpful. I'll be making mostly juices mainly because fruits and veggies hurt my teeth when eating since they are usually cold which is the reason I don't eat that many of them to begin with. So, I figure if I could juice the majority of them, I'd have a solution!
