I just saw your question from way back in November about getting rid of a pregnancy tummy. You need to strengthen all your core muscles. I don't know what exercises you're doing, but crunches are a waste of time to accomplish that. I posted a series of 10 videos on my blog here:

http://lookgreatnakedatanyage.wordpress.com

Go to the March and April archives to see the videos. They'll give you an overview of an extremely effective, efficient system I developed out of necessity while doing concert tours all over the world. The 10th video is also here on my homepage. Just take the nutrition video with a grain of salt, it's for omnivores.

Hope this helps!

I love your tat. It's beautiful... how is the school Barbara Brennan School of Healing? I met a woman at Hippocrates who went there. I was thinking about going it looked like something I'd be interested in, what do you think of it?

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
