- Raw for just over a year, I've just come back from Raw Coach training with Karen Knowler in England and I'm so excited to have found you all! My health and my spiritual/emotional self are so vastly improved that I cannot imagine not sharing the raw way of eating with those who would never even know it exists. I'm passionate about all kinds of foods, crossword puzzles, hiking in the woods, and loving my friends and family.

Sauce Recipe:
2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of salt

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
