I'm a student in college, I've been playing tennis seriously since age 2, and I really love languages and systems of all kinds.
I think the purpose of my life relates to my love of truth. Not formal philosophy, but more treating every day like my own truth experiment, and spending lots of time each day jotting down notes in my journal as though I'm reporting on the trends that work and don't work in life.
Stuff I've found? MY truths (not necessarily yours):
Breath, relaxation, surrender, presence, water, and motion are more important than raw food, and yet raw food is already miraculous.
We are born enlightened, healthy, present, and if we stay out of the way for the remainder of life, we can avoid most issues.
Stimulating substances are typically out of alignment with those things which benefit us.
Depending on the moment, fully commit to action or fully commit to stillness; do not wade in between.
Trite as it sounds, the best things in life are free, and come with the experience: your pricelessly complex and infinitely wise body, your boundless capacity for understanding and growth, and Earth, which is the most beautiful, most creative, most philanthropic food and life factory conceivable.
The best languages, the deepest understanding, the most profound experiences, the moments we remember, are usually without words.
What you believe and how you feel will determine everything about your experience, and therefore everything starts with the physical. A study showed that 90% of all depressed people have some form of serious physical problem.
No single experience on Earth will complete you, there is always more to crave and pursue. So being content with what is is, paradoxically, the only way to be complete.
There is never a reason not to surrender, be present, relaxed, breathing, I don't care what the circumstances. Misery is born from context and mind. In each of the individual moments that, when added together, equal your life, everything is perfect. When your external life no longer affects your internal life, you're enlightened in that moment, in that space. My goal is to have unbroken consciousness in this space.
Thoughts indeed do become things, every time, no exceptions.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Don't be shy, please reach out, I am really interested in getting to know as many of you as possible.

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Raw lemonade, grapefruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, melon. I feel clearest on water.
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
I LIVE TO SWEAT, so Bikram Yoga, swimming, running, lifting, rock climbing, playing tennis. I also love languages; I speak Spanish and Chinese pretty fluently, and am a conversational Japanese speaker. Lately I've been getting into computer programming languages, which are pretty cool as well.
I love learning and plan to be a student for life.
More spiritual interests include:
FInding a balance between learning with unlearning. Not letting anything get past my consciousness without my full awareness (hard one!). Doing one thing at a time. Removing all structures and constructs within my life because they are all so fleeting and restrictive.
Favorite Books or Authors:
Dao De Jing, Conversations With God, The Lazy Way to Success, Eckhart Tolle, Henry David Thoreau, Gandhi, Bruce Lipton, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Buckminster Fuller, Luigi Cornaro
Favorite Quote:
"To be frugal means to have a high joy-to-stuff ratio." - Joe Dominguez and Vicki Robin; "So the poet's habit of living should be set on a key so low and plain that the common influences shall delight him. His cheerfulness should be the gift of the sunlight, the air should suffice for his inspiration, and he should be tipsy with water." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

it feels so good to go hours between meals now,it feels like my body isnt constantly digesting..still have to get my smoothie combos right though for ultimate performance, especially when im cycling...
love to hear your positive progress thanks for sharing x
ps.getting use to eating less food, and having more space in between meals is so new and a big dealio for me,i am just getting use to this and not feeling panicked that i will run out of food/energy...like i always use to eating high fruits, low low fat
well...as im dealing with adrenal fatigue from eating high fruits and an overworked pancreas,i wont be running on water til thats all a thing o the past...
I like your dietary concepts, right now im moderate fat intake, lower fruit and heaps of greens and vegs and unsweet fruits,it feels good..

:)
A food log is a great idea! I hope that you can isolate the cause. They didn't hurt or itch or anything like that, but they didn't look right. At first I thought it was skin cancer or something!
I looked up petechiae as Eric recommended in the co...
Yes- they're called petechiae and I've always heard that they are liver-related. They can also be due to anemia and low platelet count. If you also bruise easily, that might be the likely cause.
I get them too and they come and go.
Pink Lady Apple,
I used to get those. I know exactly what they look like - they are tiny, they can vary in size, they are circular, flat, and very red. They do look like blood blisters, but flat!
I stop getting them after I did an extended water...
I really believe that is possible to heal all of the body...regeneration of tissue is not a far fetched concept. There is a case of a man who re-grew a finger, recently! I have to dig to find the article, but I read it on naturalnews.com. Mind you...
