Yes. Living foods contain all elements in different proportions. But the radiations which they acquire them are different. Lettuce and Wheatgrass both get pre-dominately solar radiations. Wheatgrass isn't going to provide much more of a balance t...

SpaciousLemon, Thanks for your friendship and add. Hope you are feeling brighter and enjoying. Keep it up:) When life gives you lemons, make lemonade out of it.

"Transformation originates in people who see a better way or a fairer world, people who reveal themselves, disclose their dreams, and unfold their hopes in the presence of others. And this very unfolding, this revelation of raw, unharnessed desire, this deep longing to be a force for good in the world is what inspires others to feel their own longings, to remember their own purpose, and to act, perhaps for the first time, in accordance with their inner spirit." – Jan Phillips 'The Art of Original Thinking'

"The beauty of chaos is that beyond a certain point we cannot predict things for the pure and lovely reason they cannot be predicted. Just wanted to stop by and say "hi" this morning! Hope you're having a good weekend! Oh, and thanks for pointing out that sloths were also on the animal totem list! I read it over and over and laughed. It's so funny that they like water so much. I'm much happier in the water or perched in a tree than I am on land, too. Hilarious common threads, there. Thanks! :)

That's an interesting thought! I feel like they get a bum rap, though, as the word "sloth" isn't associated with good things! But they are so sweet and so deliberate in their movements. My shih tzu's funny little face often reminds me of a sloth, all smiling and smooshy. Ha ha ha!

Isn't he adorable? I am pretty sure this is a Costa Rica photo. It's full of little sloths! I didn't take the picture, though. A friend who knows I'm crazy about sloths sent it to me. Soooo cute. I've seen them in person in Costa, but always through binoculars. :)

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.
